This collab with Floem Craft Beer (Appingedam, NL) is a New England Style DIPA and clocks in at 8.5% ABV. It’s double dry-hopped with the vibrant blend of Citra, Riwaka and El Dorado. We used the Fruit Bowl yeast blend for its brilliant ester profile.
